Refund Policy

At DT Software Solution, we value customer satisfaction and strive to deliver high-quality digital services and solutions. Due to the nature of our work—custom software development and digital services—our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our team.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • You have not received the service or deliverable within the agreed timeframe, and attempts to resolve the issue have failed.

  • The project has not yet started and a formal cancellation request is submitted.

  • The delivered service or product is significantly different from what was agreed upon in writing (scope of work, features, etc.).

Refunds are not applicable under the following conditions:

  • The service has already been delivered in full.

  • Delays caused by incomplete client input or feedback.

  • Client changes their mind after the project has started or a deposit has been paid.

  • The client fails to respond for an extended period, causing project delays.

2. Deposit Payments

For custom projects, an upfront deposit is non-refundable unless agreed otherwise in writing.

3. Partial Refunds

In some cases, a partial refund may be granted if:

  • Only part of the service has been delivered

  • Both parties agree on early project termination

  • Significant effort and time have not yet been invested in the project

All partial refunds will be calculated based on time spent, resources used, and progress made.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at info@dtsoftwaresolutions.com with the following:

  • Your full name and email

  • Order or project details

  • Reason for the refund request

  • Supporting documents or screenshots, if relevant

Refund requests will be reviewed within 5–7 business days, and we will notify you of the outcome via email.

5. Payment Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment. Depending on your bank or provider (e.g., GoPayFast), processing times may vary.

6. Disputes

We encourage you to reach out to us directly before initiating any payment disputes. We are committed to resolving issues in a fair and timely manner.
